What we don't do
- No accounts, no logins. You never identify yourself to use anything here.
- No ad trackers, no selling data. There are no advertising pixels, social-media trackers, or data brokers on this site. We will never sell or trade information — there's essentially none to sell.
- Your tool entries never reach us. The Documentation Log, Records Tracker, and Complaint Builder save only to your own browser's storage on your own device. We cannot see, retrieve, or recover what you type in them — that's the design.
What does exist, honestly
- Basic hosting logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and keep the site secure. We don't use it to identify visitors.
- The feedback form. If — and only if — you choose to send feedback, what you write (and an email, if you include one) is delivered to us through our hosting provider. Please don't include case details or full names.
- Links to other sites. When you follow a link (courts, the Ombudsman, translation services), their privacy rules apply, not ours.
About the tools on your device
- Entries live in your browser's built-in storage for this site, on this device only.
- Clearing your browser's site data erases them. The export buttons exist so you can keep backups you control.
- Anyone who can unlock your device can open them. On a shared or monitored device, some parents export what they need and use each tool's "erase everything" button before closing.
The "Leave fast" button — what it can and can't do
The Leave fast ✕ button (and pressing Esc twice) immediately replaces this page with Google. It's for moments when someone walks in. Being honest: it does not erase your browsing history, and it doesn't remove tool entries saved on the device. For stronger privacy, browsers offer private/incognito windows and history controls — and a device only you control is the safest place to use these tools.
Children's privacy
This site is written for adults and doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone, children included.
Changes
