Every call, visit, and conversation — logged while it's fresh. A same-day written record is a parent's version of events, preserved. Two minutes per entry.
Heads up: this browser is blocking site storage (this can happen in private windows). The log will work while the page is open, but entries won't survive closing it. Exporting before you close is the workaround.

Reports and court filings are written by other people, from their notes. A dated, detailed, consistent log is how a parent's own account stays on the record — for their lawyer, for review hearings, and for their own clear head. Some parents also email a polite summary after important conversations ("Thanks for the call today — to confirm, we agreed…"), which creates a second written record. Whether to do that is, as always, your call.
